TILL COCKTAILS

Strawberry Spritz

  • 2 oz. TILL Vodka
  • 0.5 oz. Lemon juice
  • 2 Strawberries
  • Sparkling wine

In a shaker tin, muddle 2 strawberries. Add 2 oz. TILL and 0.5 oz. of lemon juice and shake. Strain over fresh ice into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Chamomile-Mint Gimlet

  • 2 oz. TILL Vodka
  • 1 oz. Chamomile-Mint syrup*
  • 0.75 oz. Lime juice

Combine all ingredients over ice in a shaker tin and shake. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.

*Chamomile-Mint Syrup: (Recipe yields 24 ounces/enough for 48 cocktails) 16 oz. Sugar (448 Grams), 16 oz. Water (448 Grams), 2 oz. Dried chamomile Mint leaves. Heat and stir sugar and water until thickened. Add 2 oz. of dried chamomile and a handful of mint leaves. Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain. Keep syrup refrigerated for up to 4 weeks.

Vanilla-Rhubarb Mule

  • 2 oz. TILL Vodka
  • 0.75 oz. Vanilla-rhubarb syrup*
  • 0.5 oz. Lime Juice
  • Top with Ginger Beer

Combine vodka, syrup and lemon juice over ice in a shaker tin and shake. Strain into a copper mug over crushed ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Lavender Fizz

  • 2 oz. TILL vodka
  • 0.75 oz. Lavender syrup
  • 0.5 oz. Lemon juice
  • Top with sparkling water

Heat and stir honey and water until combined. Add 2 oz. of lavender buds and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, strain lavender buds and let cool. Keep syrup refrigerated for up to 4 weeks. (Yields 24 ounces/enough for 32 cocktails)

Kansas Lavendar Syrup

  • 16 oz. Honey
  • 16 oz. Water
  • 2 oz. Culinary lavender buds

Heat and stir honey and water until combined. Add 2 oz. of lavender buds and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, strain lavender buds and let cool. Keep syrup refrigerated for up to 4 weeks. (Yields 24 ounces/enough for 32 cocktails)

TILL's Island Time

  • 2 oz. TILL Vodka
  • 2 oz. Pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz. Lime juice
  • 1 drop of vanilla extract to taste

Combine all ingredients over ice in a shaker tin and shake. Strain over fresh ice into a glass. Garnish with pineapple slices and leaves.
